Beginner Puppies
Puppies should be between 9 weeks and 16 weeks
This program serves as a primer on using positive reinforcement and smart management to raise the puppy everyone wants.
It’s the perfect place to start for the family with a new puppy.
In class you will take the first steps towards establishing a great human-canine relationship.
Topics include: managing your puppy, housetraining, play biting and puppy chewing.
Your puppy will learn how to get along with other puppies, sit on command, lie down on command, come when called, and go to his crate.
We will discuss feeding, health, grooming and the different stages of development as your puppy grows.
Beginner Puppies is a one-hour class meeting for 5 weeks.
Intermediate Puppies
This is the follow up to the Beginner Puppies class where you continue to “grow” your puppy into a reliable family member who is a joy to be around.
In Intermediate Puppies you will teach your puppy to “settle”, go to a mat, retrieve, stay, and walk on a loose leash.
Weekly discussions center on management issues such as jumping up, barking, door manners, greeting people while on walks, and greeting visitors to your home.
Intermediate Puppies is a one-hour class meeting for 5 weeks.
If you sign up for both sessions you will receive a 10% discount on the second 5 week session.

Basic Manners Package
Beginning Manners
For dogs 17 weeks and older who have not attended classes at Sirius Fun.
In class you will take the beginning steps towards establishing a bond of trust and communication in the older dog
whether he has been with you since puppy-hood or you have recently adopted him.
Topics include: sit, lie down, come when called, and go to his crate.
Weekly discussions center on management issues such as jumping up, barking, door manners, greeting people while on walks, and greeting visitors to your home.
Beginning Manners is a one-hour class meeting for 5 weeks.
More Manners
This is the follow up to the Beginning Manners class where you continue to “grow” your dog into a reliable family member who is a joy to be around.
Your dog will learn to “settle”, go to a mat, retrieve, stay, “zen”, and walk on a loose leash.
We will discuss feeding, health, grooming and the different stages of development as your dog matures.
More Manners is a one-hour class meeting for 5 weeks.

Wow, What a Smart Dog!
For dogs that have completed Intermediate Puppies or More Manners Courses.
In this group of classes you will work on creating better reliability by building on the foundation learned in the previous classes.
Various and more difficult distractions as well as increased distance are added to your training program.
Together we will discuss how to train “behaviors” that make visits to the veterinarian and groomer more enjoyable.
The introduction of “targeting” and “tricks” will add fun and creativity to the mix.
Wow, What a Smart Dog! is a one-hour class meeting for 5 weeks.
If you sign up for either of the Puppy Packages or Manners Packages and sign up for Wow! Before the end of a Package session
you will receive a 10% discount on the third course.

Flex Classes
Need to begin training your dog but have a vacation scheduled or travel for business, no problem.
